All bookmakers listed on Betting Wingmen are licensed to operate in Ireland and regulated under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 and are required to provide responsible gambling tools:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit
• Betting limits — cap the maximum stake per bet
• Time-out — take a short break from your account (24 hours to 6 weeks)
• Self-exclusion — exclude yourself from a bookmaker for a minimum of 6 months
• Reality checks — pop-up reminders showing how long you have been betting

Ireland does not yet have a single national self-exclusion register. The Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) is establishing a National Gambling Exclusion Register that all licensed operators will be required to join. For now, you can self-exclude directly with each operator, and most Irish banks offer gambling-block features on your card.
